Besides, thanksgiving dinner, halloween is by far my favorite holiday. We can dress up for one day and pretend we are someone else or simply be allowed to act like a kid. Spooky goblins and skeletons are out and about.
I love to decorate with things that are halloween and leave some of them out year round! We often use skull and crossbones dishes for our nightly meals. I enjoy displaying skulls in the most unexpected places and hanging witches hats in our patio space outside. I often decorate the home with just a collection of different types of pumpkins. Luckily, we live close to Half Moon Bay, CA, which has some of the coolest pumpkins I’ve ever seen. So let’s enjoy the Halloween season, and allow ourselves to have some fun.
