Hello, I’m Jen Rhodes.
Driven by a passion and love for design, I created Jen Rhodes Designs. I believe that a home is the creation of curated goods and function without sacrificing style. I love to incorporate a style that reflects the client and their needs. My design style can be described as coastal organic midcentury modern. Living on the west coast, I aspire to bring the outdoors in and create an environment that fuses together indoors and outdoors.
My design sense comes naturally and I am detail oriented when it comes to finding what my client is looking for. Our home should be a space we feel comfortable and able to express ourselves in.

Born and raised in the midwest, I’ve lived through all seasons of life. From cold, winter nights to hot, humid days in which home is the place you go to rest and recharge. From a young age, I was always decorating and designing spaces in my head and would often imagine one day being able to do it professionally. In my early twenties, I wanted a space that I felt confident and proud to host family functions and friends, and believed home was a reflection of oneself. I made a large suede sectional sofa in my first apartment to accommodate my style and budget. My love for design only grew from there.
In my late 30’s, I moved to the San Francisco bay area, which I always knew California was where I belonged. Fascinated by architecture, style and nature, I began expanding my love for design. I’ve done indoor weekend projects, managing a home renovation and designing yards and plant design.
My design philosophy is about connecting to the clients and creating a space that is curated with new and old finds and things that are practical for day-to-day life. A space that reminds us that home is a space that carries us through many seasons of our life. Reach out and see what we can create for you.
