Let’s face it, everyone can find something at IKEA. As most of us, my first apartment was filled with pieces from goodwill and IKEA, it will always hold a place in my heart. Living in the bay area, I’m fortunate enough to live close to one. I took a little day trip last week and picked up a few basic needs and also some things I didn’t:). For basic things, I love IKEA, reasonably priced things that can carry us through what life throws at us. I also love scouring the AS-IS section to find a scratch and dent or last year’s model. It’s a quiet afternoon, wandering around two floors of anything you could ever want or need for your home, all in one place. I also didn’t forget to stop and grab lunch. I always love to get a side of meatballs and an ice cream cone for the drive home. Grab your bags and let’s hit our local IKEA.
